A Conversation About Truth and Beauty

We all have different body types, features, and personalities that come together and make us unique and special. (Uniquely you, uniquely perfect as we like to say.) We’ve wanted to share different perspectives and stories around this idea for quite some time. The trouble is, most people are camera shy. Enter Rachel Rowley.

Rachel is a genuine and lovely person in all the best ways. In one of our early conversations, she shared an inspiring view of her work that we connected with: “If I had to put what I do into one general statement, it would be empowering women to live their best lives, and be their best selves.” That confirmed that we'd found a like-minded partner.

Recently, we spent a day with Rachel and put together this video about Truth and Beauty.

"If I had to put what I do into one general statement, it would be empowering women to live their best lives, and be their best selves."

Toward the end of our day together, we got into a conversation about some of the tech we use, such as CoolSculpting and Thermi. Being a fitness instructor and Nutrition Educator, Rachael brings a unique perspective.

Rachel Rowley: “I’m really excited about the technology. One huge benefit I see is keeping people from going too far. What I mean is that sometimes we get so focused on an area of our body that bothers us, but not everyone needs to lose weight. In fact, some people might need to gain weight. Targeted fat-loss from technology like CoolSculpting provides the opportunity to tighten up an area while keeping in a healthy state.

When combined with nutrition and a healthy lifestyle, these are really exciting tools that can help women achieve their goals and see the results they want. That’s the kind of thing that gets me excited!
