Pamela J. Schell, Psy.D, MSN, ARNP-C, DNC, is the Director of Werschler Aesthetics, Spokane’s premier luxury medical spa, nationally and internationally recognized as a leader in aesthetic and cosmetic medicine. With decades of experience in advanced cosmetic dermatology, laser medicine, regenerative aesthetics, and medical weight management, Pam is known for delivering sophisticated, natural-looking results through highly personalized treatment plans grounded in science, artistry, and innovation.
An expert in medically based cosmetic services, Pam has had the privilege of training and teaching alongside many of the world’s foremost authorities in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery, laser technologies, and cosmetic dermatology. Her reputation for clinical excellence, advanced injection techniques, and comprehensive aesthetic planning has made her a sought-after educator, trainer, and consultant within the aesthetic industry.
Pam earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing, and Advanced Practice Nursing degree from Washington State University through the Intercollegiate College of Nursing. She also holds a Doctorate in Health Psychology with a concentration in Preventative Medicine, reflecting her commitment to total wellness, prevention, and long-term patient care.

Since joining Spokane Dermatology Clinic in 2002, Pam has specialized in cosmetic dermatology, advanced laser medicine, injectable rejuvenation, regenerative therapies, and medical-grade skincare. She remains deeply committed to continuing education and regularly attends national and international cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery conferences both as an attendee and educator, ensuring patients receive access to the latest evidence-based technologies and treatment innovations available.
Pam has received extensive advanced training in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, laser resurfacing, and combination aesthetic therapies from leading plastic surgeons and dermatologists around the world. Through her extensive industry relationships and educational leadership, she continues to stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and advanced treatment protocols.
She has served as a clinical trainer and educator for several of the aesthetic industry’s leading companies, including Allergan, Galderma, and Merz, teaching introductory and advanced injection techniques throughout the Pacific Northwest, across the United States, and internationally. Her expertise in facial balancing, combination therapies, and full-face rejuvenation has made her highly respected among peers and industry professionals alike.
In addition to her clinical and teaching roles, Pam has worked as an aesthetic industry consultant specializing in advanced skincare education and treatment integration across multiple professional skincare lines, many of which are featured at Werschler Aesthetics. She has also participated as a sub-investigator in FDA clinical trials through Premier Clinical Research, helping evaluate innovative cosmetic devices, injectables, and aesthetic treatment technologies.
Pam is particularly known for her artistic eye, advanced combination treatment approaches, and individualized patient care philosophy. By combining cutting-edge technologies with customized treatment planning, she focuses on creating elegant, balanced, and natural results tailored specifically to each patient’s anatomy, goals, and lifestyle.
