Cancellation/No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel an aesthetic appointment, please contact the office (509-344-3223) 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. All aesthetic cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee for a medical provider or a $50.00 cancellation fee for an aesthetician appointment. If you no-show your appointment, the same fees will apply. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time and maintains a higher availability of appointments for you as well as for others. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation/no-show policy. Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or a cancellation if there is not enough time to complete the service/procedure.

Raffle Policy

Raffle items such as injections or aesthetic services cannot be split or shared.  By entering the raffle, entrants accept and agree that Werschler Aesthetics may use the entrant’s first name, photograph, before and after photo, and statement for promotional or advertising purposes in connection with the raffle and in all forms of media without review, permission or further compensation if entrant is declared a winner.  Please contact Werschler Aesthetics if you have any questions. Participation and winners acceptance of raffle is completely by choice. 

Event Policy

Injections and/or aesthetic services cannot be split or shared. Special purchases must be used in a single visit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Prepaid items are valid for one year from date of purchase. After one year from date of purchase, the value of the purchase will be rolled over to your Werschler Aesthetics account for use. No value given for free items. Special purchases may be limited.

Pet Policy (for pet-friendly events)

1) All crowd-friendly & vaccinated pets are welcome for photos and fun. Ideally, bring a friend and take turns!

2) Solid dog leash required, no extendable or flexi leashes, please.
